The way he lives reminds me of Rocky Balboa, a normal house, a normal car, nothing super expensive, very disciplined and is absolutely willing to take the challenges to reach his goals and if he loses a show hes not crying about it, he walks away with his head up high and he'll work harder for the next one and walk away victorious. Besides a 2 week vacation in Thailand George hasn't missed one meal since I've started training him in June of 2016. He's the only athlete I've ever trained in 25 years that I can say that about.
