Well structured workout, i also split my legdays to quad and hamstring dominant, legs cannot be fully trained in one session imo (for bodybuilders)
@muscleandstrength
@muscleandstrength Жыл бұрын
Yeah you really need that hamstring day which leads many to train 6 days per week.

“(for bodybuilders)” you mean for steroid users that could literally sit on the couch and still build muscle

@@belgamsafn No, it really doesn't. There's no reason to dedicate and entire day to hamstrings, and unless you use PEDs for increased recovery, it'll probably lead to overtraining. That's the SCIENCE behind it.
@belgamsafn

@@TheBussyAnnihilator You really are that guy aren't you 🤣, first of all it's about seperate workout sessions of max 2 hours, not entire days. Nobody said you can't do quads and hams on the same day. You sound dumb, it's so each muscle can get it's own workout and recovery window.. Lmao you don't need to do steroids to benefit from that, did that when i was a natty kid, and i do it still as an enhanced adult. Gtfo with you "science"

Today's my leg day, so I'm excited to get to it and have my "Mommy ME Time." I started taking Ryse's BCAA supplement about a month ago to try it and love it, so seeing it featured here was funny 😁 Thanks for the videos as always; your community inspires my muscle journey all the more!

Why do you put a thick band on the back of the hack squat?
@TrullsenYT
@TrullsenYT Жыл бұрын
It's to change the force curve in order to make the lift heavier at the top. However in most cases this is counterproductive as the stretched position has been shown to be more hypertrophic. Unless you have some personal injury/other circumstances that impact your ability to squat deep I'd advice not reverse banding your hack squats. Hopefully this is helpful

@@TrullsenYT It's actually to lessen the load in the bottom position but I agree, no need to do it unless you have really bad knees. Every teenager now bands their hacksquat for no good reason.

@@joshferguson9703 I don't get on here to bash. But when they title a video "What it takes to build monster quads" like it's just a workout and supplements. I'll speak up. The biggest part of what it took to build those monster quads is juice. Plain and simple. Am I wrong? Nope.

@jmo0311
@jmo0311 Жыл бұрын
@@joshferguson9703 you are either ignorant to what steroids do or lying to yourself. Yes genetics and diet help a shit ton. But there is NO WAY to get that big without steroids. They make it where you can break past your genetic potential for size and strength. They then also significantly decrease your recovery time so you can increase your intensity. There wouldn't "natural" and "enhanced" classes in figure competitions if it was just like any other supplements. Don't lie to yourself.
