What its like to run a Hyrox Pro | Athletes Perspective | Watch this before your first Hyrox!

What does it look like to run a Hyrox. This is a first person video of an entire race. A Hyrox video filmed exclusively from within the race itself. All the Exercise stations feature in this video, from the starting tunnel to the finish line. I have reduced the running down to a minimum to keep the video down in size. This is a great resource for people to see how it all hangs together on a real race day.
This was filmed during the Doubles Pro at London Olympia 2024.
