Couldn't find the statistics, but I would guess that prosecutors would be targeted more often than judges. In heavy-duty felony trials juries are used almost all the time for making the decision to convict you so it's the prosecutor that's in your face the whole time trying to convict you. If I was her, I wouldn't have bothered with more than one, perhaps a compact 9mm as you suggested. I 80% agree. Women often complain about hand grips and may want a smaller firearm that also fits well, key here is "fits well" into a small purse. Harris may carry a smaller firearm. Yes, it used to be nearly impossible to get a concealed carry permit in California. From my understanding most of those trace back to Reagan era concerns about gang members going around with guns all the time. I believe that did recently change, though.
