How could the courts allow such a thing happen? Anytime a lawyer "inherits" a client's estate when they have living relatives, it should be a clear indication of fraud. Lawyers shouldn't be able to inherit anything from a client that isn't related to them it's an egregious conflicts of interest, and there should be more stringent laws in place to prevent such things from happening. I feel bad for her poor mother, she lived such a long time after her daughter passed away. That money along with any other assets she should've inherited could've been used to support her comfortably in her old age. It probably would've been stretched out and used sparingly, only when her mom's resources fell short. Spending it frugally and only for that purpose, it should've gone a very long way to contribute to her support during her illness. That would've allowed her mom to live comfortably and worry free during convalescent years.

Alas, it's amazing what folks can get away with in a will. I'm going through this now with my mother's will, which was redone by my brother and sister-in-law to put them in control of Mom's estate (Mom didn't want this, and they had her sign the paperwork well after her dementia diagnosis). Even though I could successfully challenge this, the cost of doing so is prohibitive, which is what her lawyers were able to count on. 😞

That lawyer was a shyster. Snake. Her mother was suppose to be there and Agnes was supposed to read it over before signing her will. That sneaky lawyer might had some blank pages put it had her sign. How low can you get. I saw that episode on The Twlight Zone. Brilliant she never uttered a word.she made some noises I loved that episode. The Twlight zone still come on me tv and stay. I believe they all got cancer from filming at that location. The red dust was toxic. It can't be a coincident when all of them got cancer and died. Been a while since I've seen reruns of Bewitched. She was hilarious in that show. One of my mothers friend named her daughter Tabatha. She should be about 55. Endoroa and uncle Arthur always had me laughing. I think aunt agnes the aunt who was forgetful and her magic always went wrong. I might got her name wrong. They don't make fun shows like that no more, which is why I love seeing the reruns I missed. @reedberry3 жыл бұрын
@@jasonknox1268 No, Jason. As a kid, of course I wanted to go up and talk to her, but my parents wisely suggested letting her have privacy to enjoy her coffee in peace. I do have a vast autograph collection, however. Growing up in L.A. I spent quite a bit of time at the various TV studios and most celebrities were happy to talk and give autographs. Two that politely declined were Carroll O'Connor (but he did shake my hand and thanked me for asking) and Danny Thomas. Colonel Harland Sanders had small autographed pictures with him and just handed one to me, but he was very nice and I think of him every time I eat at KFC.

This was a very interesting and informative Vlog, Jordan and once again I’m impressed with all the thorough research you do on your subjects! I learned more about Agnes Moorhead from you than from any other source I’ve ever read or seen. She was such an outstanding actress.
