The best coaches are the ones who challenge me and they're wiling to tell it to me straight. As a business / mindset coach for woman entrepreneurs, it always frustrates me when I hear from clients that they didn't ask a client the really hard question or they were afraid to make that person uncomfortable / say what needs to be said. You're right - integrity is everything so you have to take yourself seriously.
