Depends. A guy I had chemistry with was being disrespectful. So when he reached out and texted me, I ignored him and I didn’t text back for a few days. And I didn’t hear from him for a month and he ended up texting me, this time I didn’t respond at all. Now if a guy was communicating before and didn’t disrespect you, there’s no reason a woman should wait days to text back.

If you are dealing with a woman who is doing something disrespectful: Physician Heal Thyself. You say you find this woman taking a long time to respond - if she takes one day then you take four days. If she takes four days then you take eight. You are moving your boundary and entertaining that disrespect. At what point do you just Walk Away? Because it's just allowing the disrespect to get worse when you should just be done.

I didn’t respond back to a guy when he reached out because when I last saw him, he was acting disrespectful and talked negatively about his ex. But if Alex didn’t do anything and was communicating with her well before then she has no excuse to not respond that day.
