I agree this team has needs on the defense line and we do need a wide receiver three but we need to quit ignoring the offensive line and the running game. It has been bad. You can try and hide it all you want but the reason we lose games is because we can’t control the game and yes we need a pass rush but the problem has been we cannot stop the run and every team knows it.

IDL, IOL, CB are likely the biggest needs next year. Likely CB or DT in round 1 and the other in FA. IOL in FA. Who knows though? Maybe everyone progresses this year and S, RB, and WR become the biggest needs.

It's gonna depend on how well--or bad--the current crop of new players work out. That said, I think IDL and IOL are concerns. Then it's RB--if Aaron Jones is still injury prone. After that, I'm thinking the Vikings can really Draft the best players available when they make their picks in 2025.

Offensive and defensive line interiors, Jurgens has no chance of replacing any of the interior offensive linemen this year, he seems more of a developmental player, same with Rouse. The defensive interior lacks a single lineman with star potential they are all more rotation pieces than full time starters. There is no legitimate third receiver.

We are puppy poo soft on both the interior offensive and defensive lines. Should be getting manhandled in most games as usual. Same old problems that are never addressed properly. 🐶💩

McCarthy addresses the IOL struggles. His athleticism and pocket feel will compensate for their pass blocking weakness in a way Cousins never could. Turner gives them some flexibility. Cashman will help shore up the interior run defense. Ideally one of the NT progresses so Phillips can slide over. IDL might improve this year.

I don't think we need CB really. This is my issue with this draft/off-season. Going into this off-season our biggest needs were QB, int line, and d line. Next year... Int line and d line. We didn't really address 2 of our 3 biggest needs
