My dog has been on raw for 8 years and i never looked back! At first i started with freeze dried raw but eventually made the full transition. Beautiful silky fur, amazing stools everytime and great energy! I feed her BCR as well because they provide different proteins and its a complete meal. She however is 7 lbs so that package that you just split in half lasts a whole week for my dog 😂😂😂

That’s amazing! 8 years on raw is such an accomplishment 👏 I completely agree about the benefits-silky fur, consistent stools, and so much energy. We tried a couple brands first and BCR has been our favourite. Makes it much more affordable if the pack lasts a week 😆

1 meal a day or breakfast and lunch is enough, you can skip the kibble part. you dog does not need 3 meals and to keep them producing insulin and digest all the time.

Thank you for your input! I've read some studies that say once a day and others that say at least twice a day, so it doesn't seem like a consistent recommendation exists among experts. For Willa, our three-meal-a-day schedule fits into our daily routine, and she has come to anticipate and enjoy these mealtimes. This approach works well for us!
