frendly suggestions: always wash the reis before cooking. it has arsenic on it and need to be was good. Dont put nesquick on their milk, it stops the absorve of calsium into their body. its easy to make your own pan cakes or whatever than buy the ready made ones that contain a lot of chemicals. best wishes for your family :)

My son is 3 &+ he’s such a picky eater . For some reason he doesn’t eat eggs . When he was younger I made him all types of eggs and he would eat it but now he’s just over it . He likes fruits and some veggies and some meats . So i try to get creative with his meals . It’s tough cuz I want to make sure he eats and right now his favorite word is No so he says no to everything I ask . Thanks for your time in the video I’ll try a few of these meals out 😌

I actually do a similar pasta but it’s spaghetti noodles with sour cream ham and queso cotija it’s really good my daughter loves it. You should try it you’ll love it because all the cheese !

Mix regular pancake mix with 50% whole wheat/almond/oat flour to make it healthier , add pureed fruit into it if your kid doesn’t like fruit toppings on pancakes

LOL every time I’ used to see you cook rice I’d be like man I wonder if she’s used a rice cooker before! You seriously always have the best mommy friendly simple meal ideas. The dinosaur chicken nugget sandwiches with Hawaiian bread still is a house favorite!
