No one caused Scottys accident, it was an accident, who’s to blame, all of them coulda been the one to say “Hey maybe let’s check the roll out”. All we can do is learn from it. No matter how good you are, always check the spot first. Could be a piece of glass, rusty nail, 1 foot hole.
