I had a swim race with an American girl. I was beaten by ten meters. Found out she was a state high school champion the past year. After the race it took me almost an hour to catch my breath. Point is swimming and climbing are some of the most exhausting activities, but really great way to burn calories compared to running.

Really nice blue lagoon spot, I’m gonna have to look it up. There are “ blue holes “ all around the Carribean, a naturally occurring phenomenon. I wonder if this is one of them but I’m thinking so because of its depth. Very interesting.

I’m not to far from the Carribean but the best snorkel spots I’ve ever been to where in Jamaica, north of where you are now and by Ochos Rios and west of Negril. The currents can be tough, I wear a life preserver ti stay afloat. 😊

Coco boy, I love to see when you shop, or in other words, when you are purchasing something, you remind me of me, don't let anyone hike the price on you. I saw a video with you downtown Port Antonio and a man was selling sorrel in a bag, you said looked like flowers, that my dear coco boy was Jamaica's juices that we drink at Christmas. Sorrel very nice Christmas drink. We boiled it in water, strain it the next day, and mix it with sugar. Some mix it with sugar and wine, some sugar, wine and our Jamaican rum. You should try that drink.
