This was insanely emotional for me to watch, I have never felt more validated in my life. So many people do not understand what living with agoraphobia is like, and this explains it so so well. Thank you so so much for giving us something to use to help us with relationships. Thank you so much

I don’t suffer with agoraphobia but I can definitely relate, I have trouble going shopping and can’t travel on public transport and suffer panic attacks. One of my favourite things to do is drive to London to watch old movies but most of the time it’s more of a ordeal and suffer panic attacks and this just take the enjoyment out of it 😞

As a fellow agrophobic I relate to what I’ve seen so far. I subscribed yesterday and it’s all been so relatable x

Hi Emily, thank you for posting this video 🙏❤️. I have never felt so validated and understood, I felt quite emotional as I can relate to everything you say here 😢. I’ve been suffering from agoraphobia and ocd for years and I’ve been housebound for 4 + years now. I can’t even walk to the end of my driveway. This condition is completely debilitating and yet so many people don’t understand it at all. I don’t know anyone els who has it, so it’s very isolating. I was wondering if you know of any helpful online support groups, I had a look online but couldn’t find anything specific to agoraphobia. Thank you so much for sharing your experience on here, it gives me hope that recovery is possible x 🙏❤️😊
