I don’t usually comment but I felt the need to say between your videos and Instagram posts, you have conquered a way to simplify self-work in the best possible way. Kudos to you for the enlightenment you bring through letting us know we can heal ourselves. I know now that it is never too late. You are changing so many lives and I’m sure you hear that so often but my thank you could never be big or loud enough. Many blessings to you. 💫

I was crying desperate 10min ago and desperate to find a psychologist to help me, I have suffered from depression and anxiety since I was 10 years old, lately is getting really hard to fight but your voice is really calm and it helped

Not disagreeing with those root causes, but also believe that people get caught up in the trap of fighting anxiety which gets them caught in the loop of anxiety. Trying to “fight” the fight or flight feeling will just keep you in the fight. At some point you have to accept it and allow it and make it your friend. Trying to breathe it away can be a form of fighting it. Just another difficult part of dealing with anxiety/panic.

i agree with that, sometimes, I don't want to feel my emotions and prefer runnng away from them with breathing... Fleeing :) I learn how to accept them, even if it means feeling unconfortable, sad, angry, lost. Feeling spirit pain is unconfortable, but fleeing from it doesn't make it disapear. Even with movement or breathing.

I have been having shortness of breath, increased heart rate, and trouble swallowing as a result of anxiety. I will also feel light headed and feel like I’m not getting enough oxygen. I don’t even necessarily have to have anxious thoughts to have these physical anxiety symptoms. I then will have thoughts about death and dying with worsens my physical symptoms and anxiety. These physical anxiety symptoms are very hard to break and heal from. This was great information. Thanks always Dr. Nicole 💕

I honor you for being so transparent about what your are going through. Anxiety, negative emotions or false beliefs manifest themselves in the body. It strengthens over time and can happen without the original trigger. It seems like you have a fear of the unknown because of the thoughts about death and dying. Other fears may also trigger you as well. Reflecting about how much of a survivor you are and seeing the hardships you've gone through but are still here can help you reframe things and help you strengthen your mindset. Then, those symptoms can go away over time.

Not sure why it made me cry when you said your 20s were filled with anxiety. I think it’s because I’m in my 20s and I feel the exact same way. My mom’s student actually recommended me to check out your channel because i struggle so much with depression and anxiety due to PTSD. I’m so happy that I’ve checked your KZbin out because honestly I’ve tried years of therapy and it just never helped. I’ve refused to take medication because I simply believe we don’t need medication to be better and feel better. I’m super excited to start focusing on nutrition change, it lines up with my new diet so I’m super excited to take the time to allow myself to “do the work”.

Depression is caused by anxiety in the heart. And anxiety in the heart is caused by believing lies. The problem is we’re conceived in lies…born in it, and born of it. We don’t have any other option of what to believe, we are all children and slaves of Lies. Until the Light of Truth comes enlightens us. Frees us from the death of our Soul. Frees us from the Darkness of our natural born Psyche and gives us a new “Birth” in Light and shows us what to believe. Then when we have seen the Light of Truth, we are freed to choose to rest our Psyche (Greek for Soul) in the Light of Truth or continue believing Lies. When we chose to believe the Truth, our soul (Psyche) passes from the darkness of Lies to the Light of Truth, and we find rest from our anxiety and freedom from our depression by resting/believing/trusting in the Light of Truth. Lies still exist for a short season. And they come back from time to time to try and block the Light of Truth from our soul. But Light has a way of reminding us, re-enlightening, and preserving the Soul, the Pysche. And the best place to find the Light is when you’re in the darkness. There is a Darkness that clothes itself in light. And a Light that clothes itself in darkness. Flee from the former. Run to the latter.

Dr! Lets say youre in the middle of a subconsciously wired emotional reaction like anger and u are at the top of the lungs hysterical. What do u do as soon as u realize ur in this overtaking overpowering emotion. What do u do to instantly get out of it. Beat it and stop. To rewire ur brain. What are the steps

Is there a way to desensitize myself from a situation with a neighbor downstairs whose toddler daughter spends about 3-4 days with mom & boyfriend. She cries quite a bit & her heart wrenching sobs activate me. I do not hear the mother comforting her at these times. How do I not get activated by this? 🙏 Thank you

Hate to say it, but I feel the same. Her thumbnails used to look natural and inviting. If I didn’t know her work from before, I wouldn’t have clicked on them based on the new thumbnails. Just an observation..although I really love her work.
