Welcome to the world of leg quarters! There is no better chicken to grill over charcoal either. Love them
@rileyj5491Ай бұрын
Pro tip my love: poor melted, salted butter over your chicken, and then your seasonings and roast them on a cookie sheet with those on top of a cooling rack. Then put your diced potatoes underneath, and all of the chicken drippings will create a delicious sauce for your potatoes that helps them roast and crisp up with the butter! I promise I wouldn’t steer you wrong! ☺️☺️☺️🫶🏻

Thank you! That sounds amazing!!

Baked chicken leg quarters don't receive the attention they should be getting! 😂 We love them. Walmart and Food Lion sell them in 10 lb bags. The usual price is $8.90 - that's .89 cents a lb! But, when they're on sale they're $6.70! That's .67 cents a lb! You just can't feed your family cheaper and they're really, really tasty.

Hi Kristin. You called the ravioli dish "slightly basic," but slightly basic doesn't have to be a bad thing. I think it looked amazing. And at the end of the day, if you and your family enjoyed it, it's a good thing.

I always have problems finding ripe avocados when I need then too! They're either mush or weapons grade when I need one. I have been buying the avocado cups just to keep on hand because my family loves Mexican food in all it's forms and requests it quite often.
