I found your comment about the cayenne in the orange chicken sauce very odd. Don't add red pepper because there's already a lot of sugar? That makes no sense to me. I usually find your videos easy to follow and understand but I can't figure out that line.

I’m sorry, that was confusing. I meant if someone was worried about the cayenne being too spicy, it wouldn’t be because of the ratio of the cayenne to sugar.
