Now that winter is here I would really love that as well. I barely use mine because it's such a pain to clean. That and you can't sauteing it because everything sticks to the bottom and then it gives you the burn warning and makes you want to throw the thing out into the yard and hit it with a baseball bat. Or maybe that's just me. 😂😁

I enjoy your educational tours of the supermarket helping us to determine what's healthy and what's not. What I don't appreciate is your emphasis on specific diets (keto and paleo, in this case) that seem created to make a lot of people promoting them wealthy. Just keep showing us what's good for us and what isn't. That's more than enough! Thank you.

The clean 15: avocados, sweet corn, pineapples, frozen sweet peas, onions, papaya, egg plant, asparagus, kiwis, cabbage, cauliflower, cantaloupe, broccoli, mushrooms, honey dew melon. comments...perhaps a video?

Boy that was incredible, and now I have my work cut out for me. This is going to take a lot of time a work and seriously a lot of patience. The bottom line for me was, that if meat is organic grass feed, it is okay to eat. The talk about eggs was really eye opening. I always thought Non Fat was better, but boy was I wrong. Thank you and I wonder if you would look into the Super Markets, like Ralph's, Von's, or other very large commercial markets. I am in Los Angeles and Ralph's is the Number one Grocery store out here. Thank you again, and keep the faith.
