About to be 35 weeks with my second daughter and I’m still just as excited to pack my hospital bag this time as I was the first time 😂 I’ve learned from these videos is never let someone tell you “you brought to much” whatever makes you comfortable and is going to make you less stressed out is best! Love this video!

I’ll be wearing my nursing bra this time and that’s it probably 😅 going for an unmedicated hospital birth so I will be using the shower or tub for some pain relief. I definitely want to be more comfortable than last time in that crunchy hospital gown!

Don’t forget a folder ! Trust me the amount of paper work I had to take home was a folder worth. Baby gets papers. You do. And they’re important. They’re registration for their social security number and birth certificate and they’re copies of first shots and the blood tests. They get a foot poke. It’s key to have that all organized. I didn’t and my sons papers had to be organized when I got home. The folder the hospital gave me wasn’t strong and durable.

The thing is, us moms (or both parents) are SO excited to finally meet our little one we have been dreaming about for months! So when it comes time for packing, just like if you’re excited to go on a fun trip somewhere, you may over do it. Trust me!! I have made the mistake of packing too many bags and kicking myself for it later when we have to carry a newborn out, car seat, BAGS, all the free stuff they give you to take care of your girl bits and free diapers, etc... it’s a lot 😂 pack light and smart! I’m 26 weeks and wanna do it right this time around

When I had my second baby we used a carry on rolling suitcase for all three of us. And now with my third baby we will be doing the same! Packing cubes are a live saver 💕

I am an overpacker. I had a full sized rolling suitcase for all of my stuff and the babies diapers and wipes (a gf gave me the hot tip that the hospital we delivered at gives you wipes but they have to be hydrated🙄 and I also just wanted to use our diapers from the very beginning) I also justified overpacking bc we had a planned c section and a longer stay Husband brought his own little bag which he packed last minute Also, stock up on adult diapers. I found the hospital mesh undies gave me a rash and were NOT comfy! And underwear for post partum when you aren't in your pregnancy sized underwear but not back in your regular size! I cannot wait for your baby!! You'll do great!

I LOVED having my own big towel! The hospital towels are small and scratchy to me so it was nice to have a soft big blanket after my 1st shower! ❤️ Good Luck, I’m excited for you

One thing I will definitely suggest for you is your own personal pillow. Trust me on that. We all know how uncomfortable hospital beds are lol it will make you feel a lot better having it. Also make sure to use a dark pillow case as well 💙💙💙 and if you want to bring your own blanket too. My husband ended up using the one I brought for myself last time 🙄 so this time I'm making sure to bring one for him and me 😂 wishing you the best of luck and a healthy safe delivery!!

I am 32 weeks will be 33 weeks Sunday and have also started this process lol. I'm packing one rolling suitcase for me and dad as well. Plan to have baby clothes in our bag too but will have his diaper bag for freebies and easy access if he need to be changed otw home. And a snack bag of course. I'll also be bringing my breast pumps to get educated on the proper way to use them and make sure the flanges (I think that's the right term lol) are the right fit. I'm also a first time mommy.

I got my regular size which is medium! I actually got the large at first, and ended up returning it. Even with the bump, it was big! They are super loose and flowy, even in the arms. I'd go true to size!

Hola Michelle, with all do respect, I recommend not using the oil on your neck and chest area. When beautiful baby Nash comes to the world you will be doing mommy and baby chest time. It is best for him to smell your natural mommy smell since that will be the first think he will smell. I would recommend putting the calming oil on your wrist or not at all. Like this he smells you and you smell the most amazing smell in the world which is the new born smell of your handsome baby boy 💙💙Can't wait to meet him. ❤❤❤❤
