Love your channel, brother! I myself suffered with adrenal fatigue for 6 years living in CA. - was the best thing I did! Moved to Tucson and began healing threw midnight meditation and morning breath work. And learned about the organic cycle of life and applied what you you speak of about listening to the body. This was way more interesting than I thought it would be. I'm not at all anti-meat but if you're basing your diet on what the cavemen did remember that they lived like 30 years and were more likely to die of starvation than heart disease. Mad props for chugging the fermented beet juice.

We eat the same diet to a T. I know most carnivores wouldn’t touch salami but like it just hits a certain way and it helps me go about my day too! In fact pork in general is my go to. There’s a lot you can do with it there are so many kinds, And if you have pastured pork with the type of fat that it comes with, great energy booster!

I have been reading recently that fermented were created out of desperation in the colder climates, and that it doesn't really hold any nutritional value as its dying, so it does not carry much life force energy. The nutritional world is like the wild wild west with what's right and wrong, so I agree you have you use your own inner compass to see what works for you.

“Smells as bad as my age urine” 😂 Troy you’re the best. I eat clean/real food because food is medicine. Our bodies are spiritual antennas. Therefore food nourishes us on a spiritual level. Ever try making homemade sauerkraut? Glad to see you got bacon in there. My TCM dr recommends no pork but I think that’s the one “contraband” I’ll never give up. BACON NOURISHES THE SOUL BABY. Yo Brother man, from one long hair health nut to another. I live on a self sustained farm and I cann my own krout, veggies ect, also I make my own kombucha because I drink copious amounts. Grow almost all my organic veggies for juicing, then use the left over fiber for crackers (season to your taste. Plus I raise and butcher any red meat I consume ,like beef , goat, lamb and the fish from my spring fed pond. I do enjoy making my own deer jerky too. So plant that seed and watch it grow :)

Not sure why people argue the validity of certain diets on the internet. Different diets align with different peoples makeup. Vegan works for some people, carnivore works for others. This is great information for trial and error. He’s not telling you that you need to follow this to the letter. It’s a funnel system, try some of these products and filter out what makes you feel the best.

I've been meat sober for 1 year, but i can honestly say I've felt better for the first 6 months; after that i can feel my body lack protein. I've come up with other alternatives (vegan burgers, chickpea falafel, eggs, fish) trying to make up for protein, but i feel the need to change it up. @@GorrilazCAE hey just found out that "free ranged Chicken" isn't actually what they say it is... its a marketing tool they use to get consumers to buy the products, tricking them into thinking its healthier. Also USDA is bullshit, another tactic to get people to buy products. If you put your trust in the government for nutrition, they'll fuck you over. Its sad that its all about profit, at least for the Chicken industry. Just thought I'd share:)
