This was way more interesting than I thought it would be. I'm not at all anti-meat but if you're basing your diet on what the cavemen did remember that they lived like 30 years and were more likely to die of starvation than heart disease. Mad props for chugging the fermented beet juice.

I have been reading recently that fermented were created out of desperation in the colder climates, and that it doesn't really hold any nutritional value as its dying, so it does not carry much life force energy. The nutritional world is like the wild wild west with what's right and wrong, so I agree you have you use your own inner compass to see what works for you.

Grow almost all my organic veggies for juicing, then use the left over fiber for crackers (season to your taste. Plus I raise and butcher any red meat I consume ,like beef , goat, lamb and the fish from my spring fed pond. I do enjoy making my own deer jerky too. So plant that seed and watch it grow :)

Seed oils damage your arterial walls, plaque forms as your body attempts to repair the damage, do enough damage and form enough plaque and eventually your artery is blocked.

What meats do you recommend staying away from? Or everything in moderation is okay? I've been meat sober for 1 year, but i can honestly say I've felt better for the first 6 months; after that i can feel my body lack protein. I've come up with other alternatives (vegan burgers, chickpea falafel, eggs, fish) trying to make up for protein, but i feel the need to change it up. I love your philosophy & I was considering one week ago to purchase some deer meat, as for me that is the only thing around that is organic & fresh as meat can get. vegan burgers are a bad alternative. they're made in factories and have nothing to do with nature anymore. just go with organic grass-fed beef, free range chicken, wild caught fish etc. most important, dont over complicate it. just eat what your body works best with. there is no PERFECT DIET, the perfect diet is the one where your body feels the best.

@@GorrilazCAE hey just found out that "free ranged Chicken" isn't actually what they say it is... its a marketing tool they use to get consumers to buy the products, tricking them into thinking its healthier.
