We had an old body man at the salvage yard I worked at he had this inflatable bag he would put inside of a door panel pop it out made some of his repairs a little easier ! Also used to work at a full service gas station up on the highway when I was a kid near the tire machine we had a little bucket where we kept all those tire weights that was back in the days when they had the bubble balancer ! I liked that Two door Pontiac wagon I hope y’all were gonna get it but that’s cool you can’t bring everything home

I have heard Scott - from Cold War Motors - say that you can put a deflated football or basketball inside the door panel - then pump it up. As it expands, it pushes out the panel.

Mr. Goodpliers, Picture tubes are available, but to convert to digital is more difficult, you could however gut the cabinet, and install a flat panel LED, or LCD type tv inside, add a small stereo amplifier - use the audio output RCA type jacks to amp inputs, amp outputs to cabinet speakers - then you'd have a beautiful cabinet tv, fully operable with that great wood cabinet sound, and - with a remote that works well - (and doesn't change channel or volume if you pull your keys out like the Zenith 'Space Command' remote tv's were famous for - the remote pushbuttons when pressed caused small 'hammers' to strike one of 3 metal rods of different sizes- each 'rang' at different frequencies when struck, so one of 3 reed switches would vibrate causing volume up, down or change channel- which only went one way, so if on ch 5, and wanted ch 4, you had to go all the way around back to 4. - and jingling keys would also trigger the reed switches, the channel change being most irritating - Love your stuff, if I ever get back in another place to build cars, hope you will still have some of them - Would love to have that Chevy Caprice- not for a 'donk' but full a restoration - would make a great replacement for a 2013 Ford Edge -junk when built - makes scrapyards job easy with prebuilt scrap. Also, the folding bumper was seen on the larger trucks it folded to allow a bottom pivot tailgate to go further down, otherwise as tailgate stops were removed to allow it to go lower then regular bumper would prevent it fully lowering to allow easy loading/un-loading skipping passing the loads over the tailgate.😁 👍🇺🇸😎

boy, that Pymouth Wagon is a solid car!!!! and 70's brown too! But the air deflector is to keep dust off the window, not mud, when you're driving on a dirt road, the vacuum effect will cause dust to accumulate quickly on a Wagon's rear window, the air deflector keeps the flow going and prevents dust from accumulating.

The way I would straighten that door is stuff an Innertubes down inside of it and work it around until it is lined with the damage and then Blow the tube up slow. I have also done caved in Roofs where things ware placed on them. Take a 2" X 6 " board and put them through the windows and take and strap them over the roof from end to end and blow the innertube slowly raising the roof back into shape.

If you do gut the Zenith Space command TV keep the chassis, even though the crt (screen) got necked (broken), those space commands are very rare and desirable and if you repurpose the tv someone in the future could put it back together if you keep the chassis, and you could find a new crt for, and just like old cars these old TVs are getting rarer every day with people repurposing them into fish tanks, bars, and cat beds. They’re getting more expensive too, I’ve seen eBay listing for these old sets reaching $1,000…. Edit: Zenith Space commands of this era also used asbestos as heat shields, so be careful removing it…
