dang, I missed the giveaway. I signed up for the email list anyway. Love the content and I do miss notifications, even though I am subbed. Thanks for all you do, Steve.

Thanks Alan! Notifications are though these days, it’s hard to know how much of what you put out is ever even seen by subscribers. I know I miss a ton of new videos from ppl I watch, but I get spammed with notifications from ppl I’ve never watched before. Thanks for the message, stay in touch!

INTERESTING, but that's about 1\2 of mi basic case! I carry 2 yes count em 2 electric string winders, both battery operated, as well as 2 hand winders! two clip on tuners and a plug in as well. A small pick to push the strings out of tremalo bridge. I've never heard of anyone doing that, but I know I'm not the only one who fights those stupid things. Nut sause is great, but I've had much better success with commercial grade graphite like machinists use, only thing is. It is gray and will discolor the nut and bridge slots. I use brass nuts so doesn't really matter much anyway. Battery operated soldering gun, extra di's are a must unless you want to pay for a blown out p.a. system somewhere. Magnet trays to hold screws. JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) philips head for pacific rim instruments with Chinese screws that strip out when you use SAE tools. A simple spray bottle, because believe it or not guitars need moisture, especially in winter\extreme cold weather. Strings for sure, but lots of high E strings in, 8, 9, 10, 11, and even 12. SEVERAL sizes and styles of wire cutters, forceps, clams. A string strecha!!! So the new strings can be streched EVENLY from nut to bridge. Goo Gone; (it's a life saver). A box cutter with extra blades. Yes, bone nuts do crack and have to be replaced . An extra 1\4 in. jack. Extra pick guard screws, tooth picks, tongue depresses, nail files & q tips. Sounds like a lot, but where you gonna find that stuff at 4:30 Saturday afternoon in Sydney Nebraska? And the only thing open is the truck stop.

Hey Popo, if you ever feel like sharing your kit in a video, give me a shout we'd love to have you on to learn from what you do! All the best.
@popogejo72453 жыл бұрын
@@DcSoundOp would love to do it! Fur sure, but time is an issue this minute. I'm the road & production manager, guitar tech, bus driver, father, husband, uncle & financier to an up and coming rock band, as well as keeping a full time job, and a guitar repair shop open. I'll see if we cant squeeze it in there somewhere. lol.
