I'm not forcing this but I have the most true important information/fact to tell you that you need to believe in. We all are sinners and we must get punished for all of our sins by spending eternity in hell, but God sent Christ, his only Son to take the penalty for all of our sins instead by dying on the cross to save us from going to hell and so we can have eternal life with Christ and God in his kingdom. On the third day after Christ died, Christ rose back from the dead. Christ ascended to heaven and he will come back for his chosen ones and take them to heaven. God bless you and have a good day😁

There are no black people in the 3D industry in Korea, and most of them are South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia. We need to pay more attention to Asian people who are closer to us, not black people On June 24, a fire broke out at a factory in Hwaseong, South Korea, killing 20 foreigners... All of the foreigners are from other Asian countries RIP asian worker..

This is a wonderful content in allowing black people to speak for themselves about their experiences including a black person hosting it. This way you get real answers. Dating and being fetishized are two different things. When you’re fetishized, usually dating is way off of the table. More foreigners face that when living in Asia (being fetishized, and not taken seriously in the dating game) than almost anything else. I hope people eventually realize that being fetishized is not a good thing. It’s negative.

Not everything is racist and yes some things come off as uncomfortable because they aren’t use to interacting with someone different from them but they do try to be welcoming and understanding once you tell them. Plus we have some similarities with each other, only differences mostly is the color of our skin and a few cultural differences. I’ve heard both sides of black ppl having positive and negative experiences. But everyone experiences are different and It’s just nice to hear some positivity in all this madness of the world. China is extremely racist nowadays. You’d feel the difference if you went back. The ‘golden’ period of being a foreigner in China ended around 2018-2019, some people say 2016. Btw, I realized discrimination in East Asia has something to do with numbers. The fewer the number of foreigners, the better they treat them, once that numbers reaches a certain threshold, discrimination gets worse too. I think it’s the same everywhere in the world, and that exactly what happened in China.

I'm so glad i stumbled on this video on my feed. I've always wondered what's like to be black in Korea and other Asian countries. Racism is ugly as f**k and it matters how a society deals with it. I'm Brazilian and brown and I can tell racism is pretty bad there (I live in Ireland now), even though it's a multicultural and mixed country.
@edde86242 жыл бұрын
Racism is always worse in countries that have more diversity. Even research shows this. There was a map of bias in USA and it showed how in more White States(like Idaho, South Dakota, Wyoming, etc) there was less bias compared to states that had more diversity(so people who are black, white, latino, etc)...Why is this? Because as people experience other groups more, they actually become more biased and not less(because people always think it's the opposite). There are books that talk about tribalism in all of us and how difficult it is to change that mindset. When other groups come to your nation in large numbers, you become more cautious because you don't want to change your culture and then you start becoming more negative towards those that are not of your own tribe. I've seen this both in California(where Whites started moving out in large numbers when more latinos started coming in) and also in Canada when places with certain Asian populations became high(and also Whites started moving out in large numbers).

I also wanted to move to Korea, I even planned the apartment bills, housing, and even what type of furniture I would buy!! I study Asian culture and study how you’re supposed to eat, what foods they have, how to respect their elders and EVERYTHING, but the one thing I was so worrried about was being a black woman in a country that doesn’t really have a lot of black people, I have learned in ANY country even the US, you can experience racism anywhere, not saying it in a bad way and wishing it on anyone who wants to go to another country, And even if someone is racist, don’t think anything about it. I absolutely LOVE to go to multiple countries and study new culture, and I’m glad these people had a good experience :)

At the end of the day every country has their issues and problems but if u just continue to move in your path and really focus on you and the blessings you have u will see the difference. To those black people including myself that wants to go sk , dont be scared at all just go and enjoy your experience bc you might find gems of life while u out there. Just be respectful bc if u have noticed , if you really respect their culture as you are they gone do the same back and im not gonna generalize bc yes there are some that b a bit disrespectful but if you know that in general you are choosing peace and vibes then keep in that direction and not look at the crazy shit.

I think the reason of Koreans don’t want to be too close foreign people is the body scent, as an East Asian I can definatly smell it from non east people Asian, and many tends to ware deodorant and perfume ( which is not as common in Asian since we have little to no body smell because of our genes) those make the scent even stronger. What the girl said at 1:10-1:30 is so true, I have the same thought process as a black man when I'm in an area with just white people in East Canada. I had dreadlocks for most my youth, wore athletic clothes (mix of hockey and soccer themed clothes), I stood out usually. When some people stared at me for long, I just smiled and 9/10 times they smile back or strike up a conversation about the weather or sports. I know some people who would literally go out of their so they can be offended with someone staring at them, they always assume it's hate or fear, such a toxic mindset to have.

Since Korea is a single-ethnic country, there is a problem that not only racial discrimination but also discrimination against Chinese and Japanese who look alike occur. (Probably similar to saying the British and French are the same ethnicity.) The discrimination between the two is most evident in the poor ethnic image of Southeast Asians and Chinese workers.
@karenkofler35702 жыл бұрын
Dude, it's not a problem. I don't know if it's cause your English is short but there is no problem in Korea. Worse happens elsewhere in the world like the United States. Stop criticizing your own country it's quite pathetic. With China and Japna, Korea has many and valid reasons for their sometimes dislike of them (lying about history and their atrocities), however, individually Koreans do not hate anyone just because of their culture or race. As everyone in the video has said, it is mostly out of curiosity that "uncomfortable" situations arise but other than that it's all good. In my opinion, Koreans are by far the most educated, warm and generous people I've ever experienced in my life and I've travelled quite a bit. You should learn to appreciate your people more and study your own history for answers rather than just judge. Apparently, the only judgement you should be making is about yourself.

The reasons why some Korean clubs do not allow foreigners are as follows. 1. American soldier in Korea used violence or committed s.e.x crimes, but they could not be dealt with under Korean law. (Search the 'Itaewon m.u.r.d.e.r case 1997') 2. And some Chinese and foreign tourists ignored Korean public rules and manners. As a result, there were some negative images of foreigners, especially American soldier, Chinese 3. Some foreigners acted thinking they were special beings. especially Some foreign men, in particular, acted as privileged as English-speaking foreigners. For example smoked in a non-smoking area. causing problems by teasing female guests, and swearing or using violence against employees who restrained them. 4. Basically, many korean clubs have rules. There are rules for dress, age restrictions, and even appearance. Even Koreans can't enter this kind of club 5. As the number of foreigners in Korea increases, foreigners often ignore Korean manners and rules. So some clubs think negatively about foreigners. On the contrary, there are some clubs where only foreigners can enter, and Koreans cannot enter.
