I am a Travel Nurse, ICU actually. So I go throughout the country. I started watching Guga a year and a half ago. I've learned SO much. Bought things. I take them whenever I go. Cooked and cooked and cooked: I'm literally training myself to try a Wagyu. I'm not confident YET, but ever time I watch a video, and on Sous Vide Everything, I pick up or REINFORCE something. BUT, when I do go BIG, I will film it. And I'm getting closer. Soon. Thank you Guga.

My local butcher just got some Japanese wagyu A5 in. It’s $80 for a small 130g cut of rib eye. After watching this you’ve convinced me to buy it for dinner tonight. So excited to finally try it out! It’s so hard to come by in Australia. I also picked up a rump cap (pichana) Australian wagyu mb 4 which I’m going to slow cook over the weekend in my new Weber kettle!
