What’s the BEST Mercedes Convertible? W124 E320 Ceramic Coating

Everyone has their own opinion as to what the best Mercedes convertible is across all the years, and we're going to have to put this Mercedes E320 W124 cabriolet in to the mix. We've got this Mercedes W124 in for paint correction, interior detailing, and ceramic coating. The interior needed some love, so we fixed plastic pieces in the console, repaired the leather arm rest, and refreshed the seats, which were supposed to have a satin finish, but came to us shining! After we finished, we did some dent removal, and ceramic coated the wheels.
What's your favorite Mercedes convertible? These classic mercedes are always a joy to paint correct. We also love the Mayvinci Oracle ceramic coating that we're using on this build.

I find that some of the older model automobiles, that have been kept stock, exhibit more character than their newer model counterparts. As usual I-AM-D rejuvenated a classic to its former beauty and step better. Now, it’s easily valeted as a frontline vehicle as any of your high-end dining establishments or hotels.

These 124 series are dang reliable from my experience with w124s. The transmission doesn’t shift that fast but reliable. The fuel consumption is a bit bad but bro trust me these engine do last forever if you are familiar with Mercedes’

I bought a 300CE convertible rather reluctantly, only to find it nearly perfect. You have to spend money on it, but they can go many miles. Silver polish does wonders restoring shine on plastic pieces and coatings, though there is residue to clean off.

Whereas this is a nice car,to answer your question as to the best Mercedes convertible,for me it is the r129 chassis,I have an sl 500 and an sl 600. Enjoy them both regularly.

It wasn’t our plan to remove the emblem and fix it, and so it wasn’t in the budget to do the extra work that would have been required had we’d use a wheel and removed the residue. We would have had to detail the whole bumper again. It was a quick swap and completely covered the old adhesive

According to Babvvo and Tebbvo laws, sadly soon all combustion cars and trucks including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Car washs will be forbidden too because they are climate killers, now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime!
