Hey Sandro! Sound track on point as always. Great comparison of the 4 products. Not too familiar with Shine Supply but it held close to Echo2. I just love most of Carpro products. As always, a beutiful video with inforamtive content. I have tried Ech2o as a rinseless wash and it did its job surprisingly well. But the one concern for me regarding both waterless and rinseless wash is the risk for scratching or marring the paint. Your final thoughts, with the video within the video was cool. And your thoughts on the Spray and Wipe are close to mine. I love the stuff, but it's not the cheapest option. Also, I believe it's more of a straight cleaner, as opposed to being a cleaner with gloss enhancers, slickness, etc. Their Clay Lube is my favorite. Not the one I use most, but my favorite. Great lubrication and such a sweet scent. I really wish they made concentrates

I’ve had similar results with OptiClean in terms of streaking. Although my vehicle has a polymer sealant (Jescar PowerLock) would there be any harm in using ECH2O? I use CarPro Reset as my soap during a normal 2 bucket wash and it’s fantastic no signs of degradation 4 months in. Suppose both of those products were made with SiO2 based coatings in mind. I have a black 2016 GT350 with Modesta coating. I only rinseless wash it using Ech2o, spraying each panel first before contact with wash mitt. My paint still looks spectacular after a year of using this method. I never use it as waterless. The idea of using a fresh towel surface on every swipe and going through a dozen or more micro fibers per wash doesn't appeal to me. I also use Rag Company Eagle Edgless towels which are fantastic.

I recently read that waxes like Collinite 845 are less likely to adhere and perform as well due to ech2o's properties; what final protection product would you recommend to couple it with if this was true? Would it have to be a coating like CQuartz UK 3.0 or can I get away with sealant and waxes still? Thanks mate, subscribed, you have great content!

Wolfgang Uber Rinseless Wash uses a ratio of 1:47 millilitres(1/3 ounce to 16 oz, US) for a waterless wash solution.I would say that ratio would be hard to beat by other waterless washes. I have yet to use WUR as a waterless wash but I have used it as a rinseless wash and it produced fantastic results in terms of gloss and slickness. One would need a product that contained wax to out perform it. It is a shame that no one in Australia carries the Wolfgang Uber Rinseless Wash.

Atleast for their No Rinse blue formula. 128:1 for No Rinse is a huge savings so me for less dirty vehicles. Last detail I did was ONR, Iron X, Eraser, Carpro Lite; turned out amazing for the labor.

For some reason I'm still kind of nervous when using both waterless and rinseless washes, at least with Echo2. With ONR I kind of see the the dust is effectively emulsionated and encapsulated. With Echo2 is difficult to see. The good thing that I see with Echo2 is that when diluted 1:5--1:10 it helps a lot avoiding water spot issues on coated cars.

Maybe someone can fill me in because I don't know why anyone that cares about their paint use a waterless wash. Regardless of lightness of soiling you are still moving contaminants (some harder than others) on the surface of the paint, thus micro swirling/scratching.

This video made me totally re-evaluate Ech02 , I saw some reviews long time ago saying this wasn't a good product , only good as clay lube. Would you mix it with Sonax BSD to use as a quick detailer ? Can you make a video about BSD ?

@@dimmacommunication some like a little more protection from the QD. Have you heard of Merlins Elixir which Carpro named their RTU QD after and is much based on that mix too with the difference they have also some Hydro2 in it. The common dilution for Merlins Elixir is 2oz of EcH2O and 2oz of Carpro Reload and 20oz of destilled water. In ml you use the dilution ratio of 1/1/10 but some thinks this is a little too strong and if you feel the same way just ad in some more destilled water to the solution. You can also use a little less of Reload if you want to. For even more effective protection you could ad 2oz or 1 more part of Carpro Hydro2 lite or already diluted Hydro2 concentrate as it's quite strong. This gets you almost like the RTU Carpro Elixir QD. You can also replace the Reload with your favorite water based SiO2 sealant like Gyeon Cure or Tac System Quartz Max. This gives you a little extra boost when used as a QD after a wash.

@@dimmacommunication no I would dilute it into an empty bottle. That way you have more control of the dilutions. Some does mix it up in large jugs with destilled water. But IMO it depends on how much of the mix you are useing. It's not much you need when you use it so it lasts a long time. Also remember to shake it up good before spraying it on as it's easly separates in the bottle.

It's funny, I've never had anything other than horrible experience with ECH2O. I got so irritated by it constantly streaking that I ended up trashing a pretty full 1000ml bottle, and just going back to what was tried and true for me. It's a shame because ECH2O is probably one of the slickest products I've ever felt. Stuff is down right slippery.

Wolfgang is a rinseless not a waterless. I have seen recommended QD ration but not a waterless ratio. Great Video Sandro. I use Opti-clean as a presoak for a ONR rinseless wash. I know they changed the formula a while back to adress streaking and increase lubricity. Do you know if you are using the latest version or not? Is it possible you have old stock? Is there a manufacturing date on it anywhere? Here was what the description at Detailed Image says: "New version has increased level of shine while providing a greater amount of protection" www.detailedimage.com/Optimum-OPT-M36/Opti-Clean-P497/32-oz-S2/ I don't know if it matter but the label on your gallon is defenitely different from my last 2 gals here in the States 1 from Detailed Image and one through Amazon.

I had the 3D, and liked it, but the smell was just way too intense, and not being dilutable.... It had me looking elsewhere. So I ended up with Optimum Opti-Clean and CarPro Ech2o. To be honest I like them just about equally. I do use the Opti-Clean way more than the Ech2o. There was a bit of a learning curve with it, as is the case with most Optimum products, but once you've used it a few times it's easy.
