What’s the difference to you between the presto and an all American

Thank you so much for this! I just got my 75x set up. Is releasing the steam in the 75x at the end of the cycle mandatory? Or can it depressurize naturally like the Presto?

I have a very important question, as I see you have the electric AllAmerican Sterilizer. Considering I am definitely mechanically inclined, and I have a stove top All American Sterilizer. Is it possible to add the three ports to my sterilizer bottom, (two h.element, and one thermal probe hole/hardware) if I buy the proper hardware from All American, to add to the aluminum bottom I have. I will get all the proper controls, and the proper double redundant safety features designed into there products.

Hi, thank you for making interesting and informational videos! I have a questions for you. Would you buy 1 AA75X 41 qt or 2x23 qt presto cookers? I live in europe, so its a big difference in price. But is the "automatic" and size of the All American Worth the price? :)

You appear to fold the filter patch "inside" when you wrap your bags...is that the proper way, or should the block be wrapped with the filter on the outside?

He says in another Video not to fold filter patch inside because the patch is glued on to the bag so it could get stuck to where the filter patch touches the bag where folded and touching.

Can you run your grain in the sterilizer without the metal insert since there is a metal grate above the heating element??l

It's just the one you can get from presto and buy some 3 to 4 inch bolts and nuts to raise it. Not sure if you got your answer yet but here it is .lol
