how sweet the feet of those who carry the light and share the pain with those living in a very dark and dread colossae.

I don’t fault the experience, but I do wish they would better address the reality of the experience of shepherding others.

Or in said differently. Experience, and particularly experience with trials that test your faithfulness and dependency on the Father. Basically on the face of it; the same lacking that comes from the secular places of education, even tech/trade schools.

Job 1:21 . . . , “Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked shall I return. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.” Job 2:10 . . . Shall we receive good from God, and shall we not receive evil?” . . . Job 42:11 Then came to him all his brothers and sisters and all who had known him before, and ate bread with him in his house. And they showed him sympathy and comforted him for all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him. And each of them gave him a piece of money and a ring of gold. Heb 12:6 For the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives.” Heb 12:7 It is for discipline that you have to endure. God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline? Heb 12:8 If you are left without discipline, in which all have participated, then you are illegitimate children and not sons.
