Excellent points of a pastor not being the problem solver for parishioners, but through prayer and the word hoping to lead them in discovering what steps they may need to take. I really like asking the three questions that he poses as it gets them to think about how God is working in their life through the situation they find themselves in. Thank you!

He is very right is term of, we can't solve congregation problem. Seminary can teach you material that's helpful in ministry, but will not teach you how to implement or execute, what you learn.
