In barnsley south yorksire u try charge more than 1000 pound a side on a semi or 1300 for a fable wall uoye not getting the job end off, 5 k for a semi, 3 lads smash it easy 2 and half 3 days, 5 k taken piss

depends on the area, if your areas full of brickies/roofers/odds and sods tradesmen then it will drive down the price dramatically but in my area average is about 75/80 rake, repoint and clean up if ur charging pennies try widening your area to 30/40mins drive might get better rates.

You will charge 250 dollars per square equal pounds 130 To include first site survey, Tower on wheels, All materials @ 6-1-1 grey cement, running your vehicle daily, clothes and zip-up suits, tools used, Always hold running hosepipe against face work prior cutout to saturate, also helps the repoint adhesion, clean up leaving site... use 8mm tuck pointer @ 30mm cutout... flush wood joint or bucket handle... Yes mucky work , so will be paid well Malc's in Perth WA ♥️ is work tight at mo? and hows that doggy?

done my house, its not a difficult job, just a bit boring cutting out. i did 30mm and filled with modern, the old lime stuff has the benefit of allowing moisture through iirc.

I don't know how things are over there but here in the U.S. we have to factor in general liability insurance, vehicle insurance, workers comp, unemployment insurance, and payroll if you have anyone working for you. That's before we even set up. We are not allowed to grind without using a vacuum to contain the silica dust. If we were to get caught doing that, it's a fine in excess of $10,000.00 just for the first offense. We would never even set up without first putting down some sort of roof protection either. If that is a rubber roof, it's easy to tear and expensive to replace. Materials may be cheap but they aren't free so we factor it in the price. There's also fuel for the truck, wear and tear on the equipment.

I did one pointing job in Horsham west Sussex 5 year ago at £100 m2 all in Got told by local builder don't come here dragging the rates down Done the next door neighbour 3 weeks later at £320 m2 all in, and then big 5 beder in a place called dorking at £390 m2 all in with portable scaffold tower Really depends on area that's what i have found
