Congrats on your success so far! In terms of continuing to improve, I’d recommend learning about and implementing evidence based strategies like active recall and spaced repetition, and then creating a workspace using a tool like Notion that can keep you organized. I am leading a 30-day challenge at the start of the new year where we will go through all of these things as a group if you’re interested! Thanks for the video! I am finishing up M2 and will start 3rd year clerkships in the Spring, and I was wondering if you were doing Aways through September, when did you work on your ERAS application?
@EvolvingMedic
@EvolvingMedic 8 ай бұрын
Hey! Good luck on starting clerkships! Great question! Students usually work through ERAS during rotations. So it’s very helpful if you keep an updated CV and draft out a personal statement early. Then it’s just plug and chug and editing. I drafted my personal statement in January during a break I had, then I did editing and finished completing my ERAS in July and August.

About 280 on step 1 and about 320 on step 2. There’s not a number of failed attempts that lead to you getting dismissed, but you should only plan to take the exams once. They’re super expensive!
