Works on paper. Try carrying a 1 piece toilet 70+lbs or hot water tank that’s as tall as u 100+lbs there is simply nothing u can do.

Of course my back was activated. I think the point I was making was that the lower back isn’t the main mover it’s spread out through the body better then if I would have just bent over...I feel like that’s pretty obvious to understand but maybe not.
