My take on this situation: 1) you need to have knowledge particularly about how to deal with sluts and bitches legally, go through the ipc sections. 2) make friends with a good lawyer. 3) wherever you go, attach a spycam onto your body , save the data. Reveal it only in the court or police station as a checkmate move. 4) file a defamation of crores on her. 5) make sure she suffers to take even a single breathe of air. 6) you need to think like a criminal, to deal with criminals.

It is sad how often marriage screws up the men. So this happened to our neighbours. It was initially a family of four and one of the son got married. They now have 2 kids. The grandfather decided to split properties among all. Soon the wife's family decided to go for divorce and then there were fights between the families and they went to court. Sadly the guy's whole family had to move out of the house due to court orders. Now the girl's family stay in our neighborhood and they aren't even friendly. Felt so sad after hearing about it

Let's see if we can be more precise yet elaborate, arrest are made under certain assumptions that the accused may flee or accused may evade the courts, once arrested the accused must be produced in court , and a bail bond is signed which prevents the accused from escaping the trial. After the trial if it is found that the arresting officer arrested without investigating or without verifying if the crime actually took place in the first place ( in cases of false accusations from girls family or wifes family) that police officers penalty is normally a departmental enquiry and a suspension of 6 months, it rarely reaches conviction. To answer your statement, a victim had to be determined to be victim first. Haven't you seen enough false accusations and FIRs been registered. The penalty of such arrests must be what has been aforementioned to prevent arrest under false pretenses.

Marry a working woman. Get your property registered jointly with family members you trust. Take an affidavit of all gifts and stuff you received in a marriage. Get it signed by relatives of both.
