Great stuff - I love Dutch pancakes! Top tip that we found - if you are driving to Amsterdam for a day trip (we had driven about an hour from the Hook of Holland ferry terminal), use the park and ride car park underneath the Ajax football stadium - only 6€ for 24 hours and then there’s discounted metro tickets to the centre :)
