Great video will definitely use all these tips. I think the part in the video when you couldn't get certain parts of training on light even though you were putting extra coaches on could be dependent on if you have a lot of technical, tactical or fitness training that week, so if you had a lot of tactical training that week it would require more coaches than usual in that area to cover it so then it can be brought down to light. Then again, I might be wrong just a theory, keep up the great content.

which one is better for reducing training workload for staff? having two 4-4,5 star coaches for the specific training or having one 4-4,5 star coach for the specific training supported by one or two lower rated coach(es) who is(are) ticked for all areas?.. ie: two 4 star defending-tactical or one 4 star defending-tactical+one 2 star who also is ticked for all areas...

Always pick the better coaches, to reduce the workloads you just need more coaches on each area. Doesn’t matter how good they are.

I cannot believe I’ve never heard anyone say this about the head of youth… I’ve got Nicky butt in and he’s a pretty good one since the start of my save and 3 years into my save my intakes have been dire the latest one with all my facilities pretty much maxed out I got nearly all Fs 😂

Just the default skin mate. It shouldn’t look any different.

What if you’re manager is very good in a certain area though? I’d then want him to focus on one and be 4+ stars.

​@@LewisH90 You could probably sign 4+ stars coach and just be that extra support to lower workload. Unless you start in nonleague and max out your human manager which I never do.
