HaHa I swear it isn't everything but it sure feels that way when we watch it as well, then we say no wonder we gained 10+ pounds that trip, ugh. We just love to eat good food and drink. We only have 3 meals a day generally - they just happen to be multiple courses and last 3-5 hours, then we start the next one haha

Hi guys, we are leaving for quantum at the end of this month and I’m wondering what the coffee card does it give you different options for creamer because I’m lactose intolerant? Just wondering thank you so much.

The coffee card can get you pretty much any specialty coffee but they may cost 1-3 punches depending on what you get. It was very worthwhile for us

I believe there is a limit but we have never found a drink that isn’t coverage with the drink package. generally it’s bottle of wine that you can’t do but most glasses of wine you can get

We are not Main dining room people either. Have the 3 day Specialty package for our QTS cruise in August. HOPE the Dim Sum and Noodle venues are open!!

Yea the main dining room can do some things well but man some of the items just miss the mark it seems. Always nice to treat yourself to some good restaurants now and then on RC!

I just realized we were on the same cruise! Funny, i thought the weather was worse as we were in Juneau!! both seadays were rough, the first day my son was not feeling good at all, it was his 1. cruise. Although i made a lot of cruises before, i had problems on the 2. seaday! I think,we went to Chops for Dinner and everything was fine. We love having Dinner there! Izumi, on our last day, was disapointing. We made a reservation for 8.30 pm. We were told that they were closed, but we did not get a cancellation. We had to eat in a kind of hurry, and did not feel well at all. It was funny however seeing the Silent Disco one deck below! as you know, we had beautiful weather in Victoria BC, did not expect that after the 2. rough seaday! we reallyhad a great time in Alaska and on the ship!

This was the best video to come home to after a long day at work. I poured myself a vodka diet pepsi and got lost in itall. First, Izumi...WOW...Looked amazing. Rachel, I always bring Ginger Root pills on cruises just in case the waves get to me and they work every time!! Loved the Tenors and Percussion show. How cool was that. It was cold, windy, and cloudy here in Las Vegas and just wanted to stay in and watch KZbin. I love foggy, gloomy weather. I wasn't impressed with the main dining room menu. I too would have done the crab cake so glad to hear Josh liked it. I'm on my 2nd drink and can type for days so going to stop. LOL..Loved this one too!!

Johnny….thank you so much - it made our day to see your comments! Oh man - that was one of the rare times I’ve been seasick and was glad to have some medicine in the bag! The tenors were good-they play in vegas at the Smith Center (?) when they aren’t on cruises! We don’t mind the gloom, but man was it great to see the sun!! Thanks again Johnny!

The cocktail class in Boleros, was that something you booked pre boarding, or was it something you sign up for on the ship? I hope they have that on Ovation when we go this year.

We did not book until it happened. We showed up about 5-15 minutes early and we were good to go

Are you talking about the show in 270? You are only able to reserve your show once you get on and connect with ship WiFi for that, other shows and most activities we have seen

Yes 🙌🏼 that is so awesome you found us! Thank you so much for sharing. We did Symphony of the seas last May and loved it, Oasis Class ships are amazing. We are booked for the inaugural sailing of Icon in January as well. Super pumped. Hopefully you get to try out one soon! This year we went all in on Itinerary over Ship so we have 24 nights on cruise ships and only 2 Sea Days!

Do you have any ideas of what they do with guests with food allergies? We’ve been wanting to go but I have a dairy allergy. However I’ve heard horror stories on Carnival of others being stuck only able to eat salads

We don’t have any firsthand experience, but have been told to just let the wait staff know. They are great at asking at every encounter if there is any allergies to be aware of, but the offerings if so, we don’t have any experience with.

No food allergies for me but you can notify them in advance of sailing. I do know they had oat and / or almond milk at the coffee shop.
