I just try to be consistant myself and show people how I am. And I see it as they do their best to be consistant in how they are and how they want to be. It is sometimes hard. I understand that I can only change myself and I am easier with making improvements. And I understand that not everyone sees that they can change theirselves. They don't see a change important, which I might find important. I now focus on how people show theirselves to me. I show how I am. I am open to learn from others and I hope the people I interact with are doing the same. Much love. xx

This is absolutely brilliant. Very sharp thinking, completely focused on doing the right thing, doing what works, doing what's good for everyone involved. And it even comes with humility, admitting that, while you're doing pretty good now, you're still not perfect. This makes it very relatable and shows that things like this are about continuous improvement. It is also very specific and practical while also having the theory that brings it all together. You're a master of what you do. Thank you for sharing this with the world!

Shridhar! This is a very good video. I think you have come a long way. I watched some of your initial videos and then this one on FB. I see maturity, poise and clarity in communication, and humility in this video. This should be your benchmark. Good luck with your work. India has a long way to go before accepting psychotherapy and psychiatry. Your videos, especially of the quality of this one, will help in the process.

Mr. Sridhar, I laud you on your efforts to bring happiness to people and have appreciated your initiative and services u til this video. I am a psychologist and therapist with experience in india and mostly on the US. I have always been told to respect and respected other people’s time and remember my uncles advice when he invited me to USA for the first time when he said “ remember…your time is not more important than the other person’s time!!” So if you can’t respect it, politely let them know about your tardiness so that they can prepare accordingly( within a reasonable amount). Sadly, the current generation is valuing happiness over punctuality, being organized and cleanliness. The bar is being set lower and the ones with these qualities which will ensure more harmony is being looked down upon. I understand that one cannot be spartan and allow it to take over life, but I would appreciate it if someone like you would make a video guiding young kids to respect time and make attempts to be punctual. We have methods for kids with ADD to learn strategies with tine management and executive function… so please promote such things given your words have a lot of value and you have so many people listening to you. Thanks for your services in molding future generations 🙏

The true problem is that we want our partners to improve on the shortcoming or that irritating habit not just for us but for themselves... We at times sound like we are dominating them but in fact we are being protective n loving.

Thank you so much for explaining so beautifully, it definitely has helped me🙏😊

I think that even tho it is nothing personal, we should not have to lower our values to accomodate others. It IS a disrespect of your time. Wether that is intentional or not. I would just leave if she wasn't on time and after doing that 2 times she would be on time, because she knew I didn't accept that bs. If everybody would stop adjusting themselves to other peoples disrespectful behavior then the world would be a better place.

1)How to deal with toxic parents especially mothers when they do interfere in our lives and manipulate everything and play the victims?!! 2) How to deal with mother/ father who are social media addicts and play victims in front of their grown up children? 3) What to do when mothers are too busy on Whatsapp groups even when her children and grandchildren visit her on Summer vacations? Please make videos on these topics as well 🙏🏻

Great idea. I have a problem. Me and my lover work in the same office but we don't show up that we are affairs. Another girl from the office likes him and is continuously trying to make him fall for her by giving extra care, calling daily after office time and chatting. He is not interested in her but he can't ignore her as she is in a good position in office. I get frustrated and irritated daily by seeing all these. It has become a daily problem. I have written down points like this but this works for one day, next day when I see those again in real, I go back to that frustration. This has become a major problem in our relationship where is he is telling that he doesnt like her and talks to her casually as to an office staff. But I get frustrated seeing her over caring and other behaviours. Please tell a solution how to teach my mind to be calm daily

Do you have a solid reason why you both don't acknowledge your relationship in front of your coworkers? Are you sure you have yours and you are aware of his? Since you are so agitated by this it may start taking a toll on your relationship in the future and if you both want to be together it is not worth the risk to keep doing what you are doing So there are several options: 1) After going once more through the reasons why your relationship is secret, you may decide to actually show you are together If that doesn't suit your situation, both of you may choose 2) tell her only that you are together. Based on your understanding and values it could be either him or you who speaks with her privately, or even both If you really for whatever reason must keep your relationship secret from your boss/coworkers. 3)He may tell her that he has a girlfriend (not specifying who) and that this extra care and after work calling of your coworker is making her feel uncomfortable. (Nobody needs to be rude when turning down somebody, just very calmly explain that your heart is taken, people generally accept facts that are brought to them in a gentle manner even when they don't like what they hear) You have options. Just choose the one that best suit you both.

Exactly this is wat happening for me... I waited for him for 2 hrs... and he didn't even realize that he was late. Then Next one hr I was with him by expecting the sorry by realizing his fault. But he didnt do anything then I just dropped all the plan and left him. I left that place because this is not a first time, always he is late. And I know he is not good in planning. And am taking this personal, I feel he is not giving importance to our relationship or me. And am always in stress by thinking how I will be with him in future, wont he take care of me or my feelings. My evil lawyer not giving enough time to think positive. In free times also this evil lawyer only occupying me. Now instead of sitting ideal I am searching for some positive videos that changes my way of thinking which gives some good points to stop my evil lawyer. And urs first video in tat... thanks :)
