Fun fact, I use to date one of these leasing "managers" back in the day. And if they always seem like they're your best friend like if there $ depended on it. It does! They get commissions only on new renters. So there job every month is to get as many ppl they can. If you're a existing tenant and there is issues with the property. They don't care if you stay or leave with a different attitude because they only get paid with new renters.

Do these places explicitly explain all the community fees (community electricity for the lighting and AC, the tech fee, “valet trash” fee, admin fee, Amazon locker fee, community gas fee, amenity fees like for the pool and gym, etc.)? There are two main streets that are bad, meth heads and homeless are rampant. 1. Main Street goes from east to west. From sossaman to Dobson it’s filled with methheads. The light rail runs on main. 2. University is a street that runs the same exact course from east to west it’s just a mile north. Less methheads and homeless but they are there.
