What to possibly expect at orientation 2024

PRIOR to your orientation with TMC, there will be a lot of information given to you. This orientation is a 2 week job interview, do not take the assigned task lightly. Conduct yourself as a professional at all times. Any questions, you should reach out to our recruiting department.

At orientation now, 2 guys had long hair, they sent one dude home for not wanting to cut his hair. Other guy cut it after being told it was a no go and hes still here and will be done friday

Ive seen an operator at BASF have long hair down theor back. Maybe the driver just didn't want to cut his hair at all.

Hair can’t go past the shoulder level , I know several drivers who were passed off to a trainer here in Columbia past few weeks with dreads/longer hair. They had to trim it to shoulder length to include females.

@airbornetrucker9464 if you look it up again it may show now. I looked it up on are company website and it shows them hiring. Easy work, schedule can be a bit tricky. But good money and benefits. I've been with them a year and a half, out of the auburn indiana DC and I bring home on average 1500 week net.
