I adore Malta. It's probably my favourite country to visit. The history is truly mind blowing and the museums are so well done with explaining the history. Don't miss St. John Co-Cathedral or the St. Paul's Shipwreck Church in Valletta. Absolutely stunning. Mdina is also a must see city.

So that is MALTA .. I'M MALTESE from QORMI VILLAGE on the side of ST.SEBASTIAN, but emigrated to AUSTRALIA in 1967 I was 17 then. Reason was cause of work those days , which many MATESE took the opportunity of working life out side MALTA . I visited the Island only 7 times in my 50 years living in AUSTRALIA . MALTA is a PARADISE ISLAND , full of history, the great MEDITERRANEAN BLUE SEA & SUNSHINE, GREAT PLACES & CHURCHES, FULL OF LIFE with FEAST , FRIENDLY PEOPLE, .& GREAT FOOD, . MALTA is A DREAM place, that takes you back many years . close to EUROPE DISINATIONS that living there , You can even go just for a weekend away, to EUROPE. .The MALTESE LIVE ON A MARVELOUS ISLAND , and many don't even know it , simply because ,they live there , I say They are the lucky people, on this EARTH. & IT'S PROVEN BY THE MAJORITY OF THE TOURIST ,THEY GO THERE. .. SO WHY I DON'T LIVE THERE, ? CAUSE MY FAMILY IS IN AUSTRALIA. & GOT SO WELL USE TO WHERE I LIVE,., ..I LOVE BOTH COUNTRIES THE SAME ,. I'M RETIRED NOW & I LOVE MY GREAT LIFE STYLE WHERE I AM. & MALTA IS MY HOLIDAY PLACE , & MY MEMORIES. .. I have many relative , and many good friends , which I visit each time I go there,.Last time I'VE been, SUMMER OF 2015, was very HOT, & BEEN OUT EVERY SINGLE DAY with our hired car & family ,in MALTA. .IF YOU NEVER BEEN ,You wouldn't know ,what you're missing.. A MUST SEE, THIS ISLAND OF SUNSHINE & HISTORY, ..THE ROCKY PARADISE MAGIC ON EARTH { Charlie Delia 14 JULY 2017 }.
