I think I've seen that warning sign many times, when the game memory was full and couldn't load any more models or textures. It would replace any model or texture that was being shown, such as Sackboy himself, or even the pod. Might be wrong about it because it has been way too many years though.

6:14 you can actually find this previous Collector look as a sticker at the end of a mini-game level but its unobtainable and I don't remember in which one (but you can remove it and put it on sackboy to use it everywhere) 6:36 you can find the middle sticker in the very start of the 1st Wilderness level and using the same tech use it everywhere. I would really surpise people by showing them this one

5:18 I think this is actually used in the final game as a.. reflection texture? for dark matter. There's a glitch that lets you make a material's texture overscaled despite the material not being that big, which eventually messes with the textures - in Dark Matter's case, it turns the texture to just be that one, no other mapping or anything. I dont think I described it well but uhhhh Yeah Also, the unused version of the powerup remover at 19:06 seems a lot more like it's meant to be a recycle icon than a cycling thing.
