We always had porridge for breakfast when we were young going to school, on Sundays we had eggs and bacon on toast, sometimes with baked beans, and only Christmas and Easter we loved getting sugary cereal. When we were older we did our own Vegemite on toast options too.

Here in the Netherlands we usually have bread with something sweet on it like chocolate sprinkles. Not very healthy… I do love overnight oats and thanks for the tip to take them next to a protein, I didn’t know that. Your granola recipe sounds delish, I’m gonna look it up! When I lived in Belgium, we had a huge piece of, read, Nutella or a small bar of chocolate, a slab of cheese and jam for breakfast.

Vegemite on toast. Still love it and healthy. Always hated cereal and Aussies don’t do a lot of sweet for breakfast unless it’s fruit.

Do you know if I could use sprouted flour or einkorn in place of tapioca flour? Or a mix of almond/coconut?

For the dutch baby, I'd just replace both the tapioca and coconut with a sprouted flour instead. I haven't experimented with the pumpkin cake. Thanks for watching!

Are you using a cast iron skillet on a glass cooktop? Our home has a glass cooktop, and I thought that meant I couldn't use my cast iron anymore 😢.
