I think you really made the right choice. On one of the scamp Facebook pages there was a lady who picked up her scamp a week ago or so and then drove it to Cedar Rapids the first day. It was snowing and she just wasn’t comfortable at all. You can take the st scamp south anther year.

Better safe than sorry... my driveway is full if slush & ice outside of Chicago, shoveling is Not fun! Watch those top knots! Theres always a next time!

I'm a couple of hours west of you, and the snow is coming down, but not as much as originally forecasted. Hopefully the snowplowers strike doesn't mess up your plans.

We hope not either. We have to be home for a couple more days to take car of the car insurance stuff and the furnace anyway. We had already stocked up on food and water to take on the trip so we defiantly will not go hungry. LOL

I'm sure you guys can reschedule the trip, we did a 5000 mile trip just 2 months after picking up our scamp! A bit of planning and all will work out, just get out and do it.

Getting ready to head South....N.C. ......S.C. .........Ga. Then to Fla. for a month are so. Then back out to New Mexico. If You ever get away try it. You can get a camping pass for all the State Parks for $250.00 a year. Stay up to 14 days in each Park. For an extra $4.00 daily You can get full hookups.!!
