What would happen if the US sanctioned Israel?

What would happen if the US imposed sanctions on Israel in the same way that it sanctioned South Africa during apartheid?
Since WWII, the US has provided Israel with $310 billion in aid. If the US stopped its aid, would Israel be able to continue launching wars on Gaza, bombing it extensively, and would its economy survive?

The option to add comments is sporadically being shut off. Isrealhell's economy is collapsing anyway. They depended on cheap labour of Palestinians until their war. Now they have to pay extra to get foreigners to work in their war zone. 100's of 1,000's of their own workers, are also reservists in their army, so they can't work for the Isrealhell economy while they're fighting unarmed civilians and kiddies. When they fight the armed groups, many are getting killed or crippled, so the economy has to care for them. Israelis are leaving their, "country", so stop paying taxes. The port of Eilat has become a ghost town, so no work us being done there, and imports and exports are limited to the Mediterranean side. BDS is ramping up. They have to subsidise internal refugees from the North and South, while they also are not contributing to Isrealhell's economy. What's not to like, about any of that ? If they invade Lebanon, their industries will be crippled. The end of Isrealhell is in sight.

Unlike the US sanctions imposed on South Africa, sanctioning Israel in the same way would have serious consequences on US economy, especially on the economic strength of its military-industrial complex. That would be an interesting topic to report on.
