@@rawrdino7046 I played 4 and yeah, I agree, same issue- just ignoring Rise in that scenario seems a bit hurtful if you don't want the romance. (They're both Lovers arcana too, huh.) I am pretty sure P4 does give you a warning though, I know for a fact it does for Chie at least since I dated her in that game.

I beat the game several times and this time I'm doing something I call "the waifu challenge". It consists of passing the game on hard using only Joker and Ann. The truth is, I died a lot of times until I got skills and a level, I recommend them if you like challenges and make the game more difficult, because it's actually quite easy

Basically you need ann if youre using joker as a magic dmg dealer since her trait lessens the sp cost for magic skills and she has high energy same thing with ryuuji if you use joker as a phys dmg dealer since he can increase phy dmg by 80% and has fighting spirit. For magic dmg dealer, your team will consist of joker, ann, makoto and morgana For phy dmg dealer, your team will consist of joker, ryuji, yusuke and sumire
