Buying a home means you have to pay TENS of thousands of dollars up front and then monthly mortgage which adds interest. Plus you have to pay for home owners insurance. After that you have to pay for electricity, water, gas, AND property taxes. Plus the amount you have to pay for landscaping every 2-3 weeks. When you have an apartment you only have to pay for the rent, electricity, water and sometimes renters insurance.

Minor correction to your video... I was on the design team under the Google VP you mention in the video (Vic Gundotra). I lead design for Google Search on the iPhone at the time. Vic actually played the voicemail from Steve you've referenced for the whole design team... Steve had an issue with the color yellow in the icon we'd prepared for him to show during at demo at WWDC. Google and Apple were on friendlier terms and our team was working with Apple to show a souped up version of Google Search that was tailored for the Safari browser on iPhone at the time. So, in a way, the issue Steve identified was even more pedantic than you've made it seem in your video... fun video, though! Thanks.

My favorite thing about Apple products is how all the products just connects together. This has not always been the case but i have used android and windows and while each do somethings i would like Apple to do they do far more wrong. My friend saw my Apple watch and she decided she wanted one. So she went and got one and within a minute she was paired up with her phone and all her apps, contacts and such were on her watch. I have 2 ipads, an imac, Macbook Air and iphone 11 Pro Max and Apple watch and i love how they all just work together. Apple is not perfect but they do amazing work and what they do they do great.
