I tried to beat 3 white eggs and it could not beat it, very disappointing. I had to raise the bowl a bit so it could beat the egg whites. Can you explain how to get my mixer to do its job please, I would appreciate it.

Hello Isabell , When you tilt up the head you will see and flat head screw. Just move that screw to the right to go down and to the left to go up. What I do I put a 10 cent coin inside the bowl and keep moving the screw to the right until the padle move the coin. Hope that will help you.
