You're right, that is a studio. My daughter and I were laughing so hard at your reaction to the creepy crawlies. Then we were trying to decide if it was a flying cockroach or just one of those annoying tiny ones that just take over, either way, they all suck. I love your city tours the best. I'm really digging the arts district. I see there are a decent amount of black folks starting businesses here. I didn't see too many of that back in Minneapolis. The studio is very cheap for the times we are living in. Of course two years ago I would say it should be worth $500 something.

First, Big Super, yes. That apartment is a great price for someone just moving in, looking for a place to start. Like you said, it'll do what you need it to do. You have to get creative with the space and consider how you would place your furniture, but it could work. And o-o-o-h, Roosevelt Row! Feels like home to my artistic soul. Back in the day, Lower Westheimer in Houston was just like Roosevelt Row. Then gentrification started and the cool folks were forced out. It saw its share of action too, but that part wasn't me. I loved the energy, originality, and creative spirit of the place. Seeing this vid makes me miss that vibe! I've asked you about artsy areas in Phoenix in the live streams, and you gave me THE. ONE! That little prefab diner is actually historic from the 40’s. Used to serve hamburgers and hot dogs when I worked at Good Samaritan Hospital down the street. It had just a small five seat counter inside as well as the patio area.

It's a studio a one bedroom has a separate wall and that thing in the bathroom on the toilet that is a bidet that they added to it probably because they couldn't afford the toilet paper during the pandemic I thought about it too dude. Hey man check out a place called Film Bar and a sashimi restaurant at the other end of the street from film bar on McKinney. check out the apartments around that area you would love those two entertainment places too FYI.

Interesting studio, there is a bidet toilet yet the kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The lower kitchen cabinet needs to be replaced. If there is enough room , I would put a small kitchen island on locking wheels by the fridge for extra counter space. The existing counter space isn’t big enough to make a salad with all the veggies I use.
