The shooting was perfect! Shooting in day time with a tripod also helps to maximize fine detail in still foliage. I'm looking forward for your next xperia review. hopefully the 1 mark 4 will be higher resolution. Then I will be satisfied as a pixel peeper XD. Great video as always!

I bought this phone today because I always wanted to have a good camera but always said nah its to much money but I needed a new phone so having both in one device would be great I really was looking for someone to explain me how to shoot perfect pictures on this and your video is the only really helpful one thanks but one more thing what is about taking photos or videos of fast moving objects like motorcycle or cars any tips how to shoot that stuff with this phone would be really great If you have some tips or a video for that purpose

It’s Brocket Hall, an old English country manor… funny story. I was actually an extra in Johny English movie that they shot there. So, I wouldn’t be surprised if other films were also shot there.

I have a question. Isn't f/2.0 a bit too dark for low light? While most other phones go below f/2.0 for their main sensors to let more light in, this one seems darker than others in almost every scenario, possibly reducing the use cases of the sensor, which should be the priority on a smartphone regardless of the need for the best optical quality since you can't swap lenses. On top of this, would you say the other cameras are as good as, let's say, a 1 III comparatively? Cause word has been going around since this was released that the other cameras fall behind, like maybe their dynamic range isn't very good. And I also notice a slight green tint in the jpegs coming from both the Pro-I and the III smartphones. I'm a huge fan of this phone just like any phone Sony released after the Xperia II smartphones, but a few things seem clunky. A lot of these have been improved and even fixed with the IV but that's obviously a ridiculously expensive device you can't find used yet.

Do you still feel for raw camera performance the PRO-I is the one to beat, I only shoot in manual mode and do all my final edits in Lightroom and Photoshop. I have my eye on the new Xperia 1 lV though not sure how much of a camera bum there will be over the Pro-i. What is your opinion

I think while the Mark doesn't have the same quality sensor but, it does have a massively improves processor. A lot of people don't realise how much the camera depends on this. The say the new SD Gen1 can capture 4000X more image data. That's pretty significant

Hey the pro I is still currently on sale on Amazon and there official website. If you normally buy flagships, it's the best time to get one now cuz it's price is now 1100$. Worth it. I just got mine.
