I love the fact that you have so many bike trails especially in the big cities, but it seems also along the national roads. Love the green everywhere. I loved going through Holland on the bike, as it is so nice and flat. Althoiugh in those days (1975) there were no bike trails- So, as I said, if you´re down this part of Andalusia, you are most welcome to stay in my cave. The area is well worth visiting, it has just been declared a geoparque.

I think I’ve now watched all the”World Series” plus a lot of the more recent ones too. Just wanted to thank you both for the entertainment and effort you put into all this and hope you stay well. Does this mean you're free? No lockdown? Nice place to be. It's strange, I don't think of places elsewhere of suffering vandalism, we get it here in the UK and I've seen in other places like Paris and New York. Look at the shopping stores, they are all closed here. except pharmacies, food and such, for necessary stuff, all other stores where closed, they will open up from 3 march but only with appointment at specific time. Also hair dressers, massage studio's and such will open again, not the hookers though :-) and we have to stay at home after 21:00 until 5:00 unless you have to go for work or emergency situation or when you have a dog.

Your right Jeffa, it was very clean! In the cities we have small cleaning trucks but I wouldn't know if the also clean in forested areas?

Either the municipality in which the forest is located or the government body that maintains national forests is responsible for maintaining it. And yes that also includes clean-up crews every so often. Besides, those who visit the forests generally take care of their surroundings and adhere to calls to take out your own rubbish.

At the end of autumn, when the leaves have fallen, not only the road’s and bicycle paths through the forest are cleaned but also the walking trail’s. I was amazed to encounter a little car on my stroll through the woods, with a very powerful leafblower fitted on the back. Preventing the trails from becoming too muddy and indicating where they really are. They do that over all the trails on “de veluwezoom” . So if you do that, taking care of the paved ones, is the easy task!

You actually have the same kind of geese we know here as "Canada Geese". Amazing weather! Was this really in February? We still have winter here. Riding conditions vary from one day to the next, with the colder days actually being better (less polished ice).

Via een antikraak stichting. Wij kregen een vergoeding omdat het in dit geval voor een korte periode was. Inderdaad de omgeving is prachtig! Helaas hadden we een tijdschema om daar te geraken en ook weer op de terugweg. We gaan er zeker nog een keertje op ontdekkingsreis ;.)
