The one about the actress Miss guse, I watch that tape in full. He did tell her why she was being sighted he told her multiple times. He also gave her multiple opportunities to sign it. She was combative the whole freaking 24 and something minutes of that tape. Even the guy she was with told her to stop just sign it. And anybody who saw that tape sided with the police officers. You can look the damn video up on KZbin and see that. I don't know why you telling people that people were agreeing with her. She will flat out wrong. She made a nasty situation out of something that didn't even need to be that way. But it's hard to play the race card when the officer that's arresting you is black. She didn't get her way that's what it was and she want to kick and give him a hard time. Everybody thinks they can sue cops now and that they'll win. I can't even imagine being a cop this day and age.

The Angel Guice situation is not how you painted it. I would suggest watching the entire 44 minute long video and your review may be different. The officer did explain why she was getting a ticket and it wasn’t until about minute 15 or so that he put hands on her after she refused to sign the ticket. Folks did defend her at first but once the entire video was released a lot of folks changed their tune.

A random woman is not going to place you under arrest if you commit a crime. Making the charge more serious when committed against a cop is a measure used as an attempt to prevent suspects from becoming physical when interacting with police.

@@Melsincatuation Citizens arrests are only considered legal in certain areas for certain, specific situations. If you, as a citizen, attempt to detain someone else you are likely to be charged for unlawfull detainment and possibly kidnapping. So unless you are fully aware of the laws in your specific area, you are better off to let arrests to be made by the police.

I saw the entire Angel Guise video from start to finish...it was her and a guy not two women...the cop cited them for being in the park after hours...the guy signed the ticket she refused the cop told her that it was a violation for refusal to sign...when she refused the cop attempted to arrest her that's when the struggle ensued

When entering the wrong house go wrong. I had a friend from high school who was in college studying to be a lawyer and him and another friend were out drinking one night and the friend dropped him off at his apartment. He tries to use his key on the door and it didn’t work, so he went around to the sliding door and it was unlocked. He then went and opened the fridge looking for food and was shot in the back of the head by the homeowner. His apartment was the next set of apartments.

My friend was out drinking heavily one night and couldn’t get any coke. Someone gave him 2 30 mg roxicodones which he had never done before. He snorted them both at the bar and was really fucked up so he started walking home. He ended breaking a neighbors screen and crawling into the window. He fell asleep on the couch and the cops woke him up a few hours later. The family knew him and refused to press charges. He just us to pay for the screen to be fixed.

I think it was the drummer from Edie Brickell and the New Bohemians, but he was on Chantix (quit smoking drug) & was acting erratically banging violently on his neighbor's door. The resident wanted to scare him off and shot a gun through the top of the door. However, the man was something like 6' 7" and the bullet shot him right in the head and killed him.

I lost a very good friend to the police tasering him in the head!! He was in his 60 s , a very successful entrepreneur and never had to deal with law enforcement before that day!! He actually had bipolar( like many successful do!!) And was going through a manic episode. His daughter called him because she said her boyfriend was abusing her. Marc rushed over and basically threatened her boyfriend( like any protective father would do!) Well he called the police on him. So the police showed up at marks condo in Scottsdale AZ and when they tried to put handcuffs on him he was.very upset and they punched him and tasered him in the head! He suffered a heart attack immediately and died!!!!! I'm so so mad and upset ...they had no idea that this man is the most loving, giving and would help anyone.. But just because before he got home they were already there and supposedly looked in his windows and saw candles lit everywhere, and big pictures of princess Diana. In his mania he often talked about his love for princess Diana ,angels.and how Diana is all around him. He sounds a little "crazy," but that by no means = he is a bad ,evil person !!!The cops killed a good , hard working, very loving and giving man, A rarity in today's world!! Good job guys....just kill the harmless guys who would give u their last dollar if you needed it!!! Makes me sick😢😭

The reason why my family is from Canada is because my great great grandfather fled New York State. The reason: something to do with a Halloween prank and an outhouse. A man was killed in the process and my GG Grandfather left his farm behind when he fled. I don't know anymore about the details than that--but to think a Halloween prank could have had such long ranging effects for generations to come is kinda mind blowing

I think it’s absurd when officers say I got a bruise on my elbow from his assault during resisting arrest when there’s like 6 cops beating on one person . Most ppl don’t just flat out colecock the cops they usually just get stiff or won’t roll over but you can see the cops brutally beating on suspect. But they will charge you for felony resisting 😂.

Oh my god. That last story almost broke me. In December 2019 my heart was ripped out of my body. My poor daughter had one week left in her pregnancy. She knew something was wrong. So she went to the hospital where they had to tell her that her baby had died. So the loss of my newborn baby granddaughter was horrific. The senseless loss of this poor young innocent woman who was doing absolutely nothing wrong. Lost her life because of an idiot who didn't have one working brain cell, to tell him that this life is not all about him. His downright selfishness destroyed a family. I hope and pray that this young father has the support of his family and friends to bring their son up. My heart goes out to them. From Ireland 🇮🇪🙏
